差热分析法在金属材料方面的应用

摘    要:用差热分析法测定了钢的相变临界点 A_(c1),A_(c3),根据此临界点制定了钢的正火工艺。检验了该钢正火后的显微组织,测定了其机械性能。为扩大其应用范围,又对该钢进行了低温回火,测定了正火后低温回火的硬度,对正火后低温回火过程中显微组织的变化,用差热分析法又作了进一步探讨。

Abstract:The critical points of phase change of steels Ac_1 and Ac_3 are determined by using the method of differen- tial thermal analysis,which help to fix the normalizing processes of steels.The microscopic structures and mechanical properties of steels after being normalized are checked.In order to make wide use of the application of this method,experiments of tempering hardness and the change of microscopic strnctures of steels in the processes of temperiug after being normalized are investigated by using this method.
