围岩损伤控制爆破数值模拟研究

摘    要:为研究不同结构装药周边孔爆破对围岩损伤的影响规律,采用数值模拟方法开展了研究工作. 模拟结果表明,从获得良好爆破效果和降低围岩损伤的角度来看,在4种装药结构中,水+切缝管的效果最好,空气介质耦合时最差,中间依次为水介质耦合、空气+切缝管的装药结构. 因此在实际工程中,周边孔采用水+切缝管的装药结构,可适当增加炮孔间距或减小装药量,取得与其它装药结构相同的周边爆破效果,尤其对于松软破碎岩体爆破效果更加明显. 同时水的存在对于工作面的降尘和防止瓦斯爆炸等灾害事故的发生也具有一定的作用. 数值模拟结果与试验结果所得结论一致.

Abstract:In order to study the influence rule of different charge structure blasting to surrounding rock damage, the research work was carried out by numerical simulation method. The simulation results showed that the charge structure with water + cutting seam presented better blasting result and less surrounding rock damage than other charge structures, the charge structure of air coupling was the worst, the charge structure of water coupling and air+ cutting seam was between the above successively. So in practical engineering, the same blasting effect could be got by the charge structure of water + cutting seam, which could cause the blasthole spacing increasing or the amount of charge reducing as the others, especially could get apparent effect to the soft broken rock mass. Simultaneously, water could play a certain role to the face dust and prevent gas explosion disasters occur. The numerical simulation results are consistent with the conclusion of the test results.
