| 摘 要： | 研究了在聚乙烯醇存在下,镁(Ⅱ)与碘化钾和罗丹明B形成三元络合物的超高灵敏显色反应.以摩尔比法测定络合物中摩尔比,结果[MgI5]3-与RB的比为1∶3,络合物水溶液的最大吸收波长是556 nm,摩尔吸光系数为1.58×105 L·(mol·cm)-1·Mg含量在0～6μg/mL范围内符合朗伯比耳定律.

| Abstract: | Study on the color reaction of Magnesium(Ⅱ),KI and Rhodamine B in the presence of polyvinyl alcohol.Mg(Ⅱ)ion reacts with KI and Rhodamine B.Molar ratio methods gets Mg∶RB=1∶3.λ max of the product is 556nm,the mole of extinction coefficient is 1.58×105 L·(mol·cm)-1.Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0~6 μg/mL.The condition of the color reaction and the interference of foreign ions were studied.Direct determination of trace Mg(Ⅱ)in aqueous medium was proposed.The way comparative satisfactory. |
