| 摘 要： | 《地质资料管理条例》实施对中西部地区充分开发利用当地地质矿产资源加速招商引资，促进区域经济发展提供了新领域和新途径，有助于西部地区充分利用丰富的地质矿产资源来弥补其在交通，地域及历史上所形成的不利因素。
