| 摘 要： | 综述近几年国内外在硒多糖测定方法、提取、药理作用及临床应用等方面的最新研究成果,主要在硒多糖的抗氧化、抗癌抗肿瘤等药理作用及临床应用方面作了系统的阐述.在此基础上讨论了硒多糖需要进一步研究的问题.为硒多糖的进一步开发提供了文献依据.

| Abstract: | This paper reviewed the latest research developments on selenium polysaccharide,in terms of its determination,extract,pharmacological and clinical applications and emphasis is put on pharmacological and clinical applications including antioxygenation,the treatment of leukemia and anticancer etc.In the meanwhile,what needs to be further studied is put forward so as to offer theoretical and documentrary base for developing new products on selenium polysaccharide. |
