| 摘 要： | 阐述了区域持续发展的研究核心是区域ＰＲＥＤ，并从论述宁夏中部地区生态脆弱的环境特征，人口资源环境矛盾突出的特征和开发前景广阔人地关系矛盾更加突出等方面，论证了宁夏中部地区开发必须以区域持续发展理论为指导，进行深和地研究。

| Abstract: | Beginning with the evolution of ideas of regional development and the concept of sustainable development, the paper expounds the studying center of sustainable development the regional PRED(Population, Resource, Environment, Development). And the paper studies some characters of the middle area of Ningxia. The conclusion is that the development in the middle area of Ningxia must take the idea of sustainable development as the guide, and do more study about them. |
