| Abstract: | At present, there are some shortcomings for colleges to affirm poverty of poor college students. However, as a subject of affirming poor college students, government is in a better position to fulfill the work. Thus, the paper suggests that the government brings ＂the poor college students assisting project＂ into ＂the social public security system＂. |
