“记忆”工程下的高校校史馆建设浅谈

校史馆作为回顾学校办学历程、传扬校园文化精神、宣传学校办学成就的高校记忆的载体逐步受到高校管理者的重视,建设校史馆已经成为近年高校工作的一个热点。面对校史馆建设热潮,我们在深入了解了部分高校的校史馆建设以及建成后期的管理和运营状况后,发现在教育宣传功能的开发利用上,一些校史馆表现不尽如人意,没能达到建设前预计效果,管理的涣散和运营的疲软造成校史馆馆藏资源的浪费。究其原因,一部分是后期管理的软件不达标,一部分是前期建设的硬件不完善所致。后期的软件不达标可以通过严格管理规范来修正,但前期建设硬件不完善则很难改变,往往成为建成后管理运营成败的决定性因素。

On Construction of School History Museum under the "Memory" Project

The school history museum serves as a cartier of college memories and is used to review the profile of school development,spread the spirit of the campus culture, and publicize the achievements of school, which is attracting the attention of university administra- tors. Accordingly, the construction of the school history museum has become a hot topic in the university in recent years, t3ased on the building boom of the school history museum, the construction, later management and operation of some school history museums were in- vestigated, and were found to be unstisfied and did not reach expectant effect on function of educational publicity. In addition, the loosing management and weak operations are thought to cause the waste of resources of museum collection. The reason for the lack o{ function is that the post-management mftware is substandard, and hardware in earlier construction is faulty as well. The former can be corrected through strict management, however, the latter is difficult to change, and often becomes the decisive factor of success or failure of management and operation of the school history museum after completion.
