交流伺服系统PFC-PID串级控制的仿真研究

摘    要:为了提高交流伺服系统的跟踪性能,将预测函数控制(PFC)和PID控制相结合,提出了一种PFC-PID串级控制策略.内环采用PID控制来提高抗干扰性,把内环作为外环PFC控制的广义对象,对广义对象进行拟合简化,得到一阶加纯滞后系统,作为PFC的预测模型,外环采用PFC来获得良好的跟踪性能.通过仿真及与PID控制的比较表明,采用PFC-PID串级控制策略能够改善交流伺服系统的控制特性.

Abstract:To improve the tracking performance ofAC servo - system, PFC - PID cascade control strategy is presented by combining the PFC with PID control. The internal loop of the system adopts PID control and is regarded as the generalized control plant of the external PFC loop. The predictive model of PFC can be regarded as a firstorder plus the dead-time model which is obtained by matching generalized control plant and PFC in the external loop to ensure the good tracking performance. The simulation results and the comparison with PID cascade control show that the PFC-PID cascade control strategy can improve the controlled performance of AC servo-system.
