基于PC/104冲床装模高度监测控制器的研制

针对冲床装模过程中由于人工操作而引起的误差大、效率低等问题,设计了一种基于嵌入式计算机系统的装模高度监测控制器.该控制器选用PC/104总线单板电脑作为主控制器,配合于外部的SSI接口数据采集、人机交互和电机控制模块,实现对模具信息管理,装模高度监测及控制等功能.该控制器精度高、功耗小、成本低、结构坚固,特别适于小型冲床设备的加工过程及操作现场,有较好的市场应用前景.

Design of Punch Die Set Height Monitor Controller Based on PC/104

In order to solve the problems of small-sized punch’s die-filling process which caused by manual operation,a punch’s die set height controller is designed based on embedded computer system.This controller uses PC/104 bus-single computer as the main controller,and is companied with outer SSI interface data collecting system,human-computer interaction and generator controlling block,which aims to realize the functions of die’s data management,die set height monitoring and control.At the same time,this kind of controller have high precision,small consumption,low cost and sturdy material makes this controller especially fits small-sized punch processing and operating spots.It has a bright future of marketing application.
