摘    要:根据液滴凝固过程中的逐层凝固特性,建立多相分层共存氧化铝颗粒辐射吸收能量的分布模型.将球形氧化铝颗粒内部的各种相态分层共存的状态看作是不同相态组成的同心球,针对该模型采用多层同心球电磁理论对其进行计算和分析.考虑颗粒内部径向温度梯度对颗粒内部辐射吸收分布以及颗粒表面辐射特性的影响.计算结果发现,本文所考虑的径向温度梯度对氧化铝颗粒的吸收因子影响较小,但是对其表面光谱辐射力则产生较大影响.

Abstract:According to the layer-by-layer property of droplet solidification,the distribution model of local radiation absorption within a multilayer sphere of different phases is constructed.The geometry of this model is assumed to be a concentric sphere of different phase in each layer,then the electromagnetic(EM) theory is applied to calculate multilayered spherical alumina particle’s radiative property.The influence of radially temperature distribution on internal radiation absorption and external radiation is analyzed.The results show that radially temperature distribution has minor influence on internal radiation absorption,but has major influence on external radiation.
