石门子碾压混凝土拱坝温度场实测与仿真计算

摘    要:碾压混凝土坝的非稳定温度场是进行仿真应力计算和设计的基础。根据理论分析和数值计算 ,分析各热学参数和非热学参数对非稳定温度场的影响。通过对石门子工程(在建 )进行工程实际监测 ,取得了一些高程测点实测温度变化过程 ,并与仿真计算结果相比较。为模拟混凝土中粉煤灰后期放热 ,提出双 e曲线模型 ,使仿真计算结果更符合实际。按所提出的方法进行非稳定温度场的计算预测 ,从而对大坝后期浇筑作指导 ,具有较好的工程应用价值。

Abstract:The unsteady temperature field in a roller compacted concrete (RCC) arch dam is the foundation of the stress analysis in engineering design. The effects of various thermal and non thermal parameters on the unsteady temperature field were compared numerically. The temperature variations at some locations measured on site during construction of the Shimenzi dam were compared with the numerical results to investigate the heat induced by the coal ash in the concrete. Simulation results using a double exponential law model have better agreement with the measured data. Analysis of the unsteady temperature field can be used in practice to improve the design of roller compacted concrete dams.
