摘    要:仪器设备是高校实验教学的重要组成部分,是军队院校培养适应武器装备发展和军事斗争准备的创新型人才的重要硕士生导师,保障,是衡量学校实践教学、科研创新及整体实力的重要标志之一。随着军队院校对硬件设施建设投资力度的不断加大,实验教学和科研创新用的仪器设备的种类和数量大大增加,在客观上要求对仪器设备进行有效的、科学的管理。文中分析了当前军队院校实验仪器设备管理中存在的问题,并探讨了一些改善实验仪器设备管理的方法,对提高实验仪器设备的有效管理水平有一定的借鉴作用。

Abstract:Instrument is an important part in experiment teaching of colleges, which is the important guarantee of cultivating innovative talents who could meet the improvement of weapons and preparation for military struggle. Instrument is one of the chief signs that could measure practice teaching, scientific research innovation and overall strength. With the increasing investment in construction of hardware facilities, the type and quantity of instruments that are used in experiment teaching and scientific research innovation are greatly increased. The effective and scientific management of the instruments is required objectively. In this paper, the existing questions in the management of instruments in military colleges at present were analyzed firstly. And some measures which could improve the management of instruments were discussed. These measures could be helpful to improve the effective management level of instruments.
