摘    要:在前人研究的基础上,对高职教师的岗位职责进行分析,运用专家意见法构建高职教师绩效评价指标体系,尝试将层次分析法引入其中,将定量分析与定性分析相结合.并以某高职学校的3位教师为研究对象进行实证分析.
