Abstract:Pricing of human capital is a core problem in human capital theories. The condition of seeking solutions is defining how human capital enters firm's production functions. This study compares two models: CobbDouglas production functions and Rosen's hierarchical production functions. The focus of analysis is on their adaptabilities and limits. CobbDouglas Functions is available when human capital is regarded as a whole and undifferentiated input factor. Rosen's Production Functions has strong adaptability when firm needs make different pricing decisions on its differentiated human capital.
