摘    要:对夹方法兰是智能差压变送器仪表上的关键零件,其制造工艺制定的是否合理对仪表质量会产生较大的影响。本文通过对对夹方法兰两种制造工艺方案的比较、分析和探讨,得出了最佳加工工艺路线。

Abstract:The square flange nipped face to face is the key accessory of intelligent pressure transmitter, The quality of instrument is influenced by manufacturing technique. This thesis draws a good conclusions about machining technical instructions through the comparison of two kinds of machinery technique. It also designs frock, compiles corresponding machining program. It has been proved though production practice that new CNC machining process has high efficiency , stabilization of quality and working procedure in reason.
