| Abstract: | Through analyzing the characteristics of the conflict of inheriting system between the mainland China and Hong Kong,this paper probes into solutions to the conflict of inheritance law and points out that international private law should soon be enacted in the mainland,model laws be formulated,related functions of constitutional law be highly valued. |
