| 摘 要： | 生态风险直接威胁着中国民族地区的健康发展。改革开放以来,党中央和各级政府为规避和防范民族地区生态风险开展了大量工作,取得了显著成绩。新的形势要求民族地区进一步提升科技能力,以应对全球气候的异常变化和生态风险。
