| 摘 要： | 激光焊接技术广泛地用在了常规加工领域，在非常规加工领域更显示出了无可比拟的优越性．从实验的角度研究了脉冲激光焊接在真空环境下在能量转换器封装中的应用，分析了焊接过程中几种工艺问题和产生机理，提出了解决这些工艺问题的建议．

| Abstract: | Laser welding technology has been used in general machining field, and it has revealtcl unparalleled advantage in unconventional machining field. The application of the impulse laser welding in the encapsulation process of the energy converter was studied by experiment, the mechanism of the welding process was analysed, and an improvement scheme was presented. |
