| 摘 要： | 对资本市场有效程度所需的信息条件进行分析，指出其正相关关系；再以市场一般均衡理论为基础，对资本市场的有效程度与投资者福利之间的正相关关系进行分析与推论，进而对资本市场信息条件的改进提出一些有针对性的建议.

| Abstract: | The author analyzes the informational conditions in line with the efficiency of capital market,and reasons the relationship between the degree of capital market’s effiency and investors’ welfare based on the market general equilibrium theory.Then,some suggestions are put forward to improve the informational conditions for Chinese capital market. |
