钻孔法检测残余应力的有限元分析

摘    要:释放系数是钻孔法测量残余应力的重要指标之一.采用有限元分析软件abaqus研究了释放系数与钻孔位置和钻孔深度之间的关系,并得到了对应的拟合曲线.通过与已有的研究结果进行对比分析,表明了该研究方法和研究结果是可以满足工程需要的.

Abstract:Releasing coefficient is one of the most important index when applying hole-drilling method to measure residual stress.In this paper,the effect of the position of strain gages and the depth of drilled hole on the releasing coefficient are studied by using the finite element method(FEM),and the corresponding fitted curves are acquired.Compared with the previous research results,the method and results discussed in this paper is valid.
