| 摘 要： | 介绍了＂十一五＂期间地区R＆D/GDP目标完成情况,分析了内地各省（市、区）R＆D/GDP规划目标编制中存在的主要问题,讨论了制定R＆D/GDP规划目标需要考虑的因素,提出了关于地区＂十二五＂时期R＆D/GDP目标的建议。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the author introduced execution of local RD/GDP in the eleventh five year plan,and analyzed existent problems of each province in establishment of planning objective of RD/GDP.Then,the author discussed factors of making planning objective of RD/GDP,and put forward suggestions for RD/GDP of the twelfth five year plan in local area. |
