| 摘 要： | 总结与探讨老年人腹部手术硬膜外麻醉的处理体会。对135例患者实施硬膜外麻醉,观察分析围麻醉期注意事项及麻醉用药选择。全组病例麻醉过程顺利,效果满意,术中各项监测指标维持稳定,术毕安返病房。老年病人采用硬膜外麻醉,方法安全易掌握,可控性好,临床效果满意。

| Abstract: | The efficiency of continuous epidural anesthesia(CEA) in abdominal operation of aged patients is investigaled.135 patients anesthetized with the epidural anesthesia were observed and analyzed the matters needing attention and anesthetic drug selection.All patients were anesthesia successfully and with satisfactory effect,and returned to the wards after operation.The monitoring indexes were maintained stable intraoperative.Aged patients with epidural anesthesia is safe,controll and satisfactory effect. |
