循证护理在骨折卧床患者压疮预防中的效果观察

探讨循证护理在预防骨折卧床患者压疮中的疗效,.451医院骨科316例骨折卧床患者随机分为对照组和试验组,根据可能产生压疮的具体情况,提出护理问题,收集相关研究证据,将之归纳总结,仔细分析引起压疮的相关因素,制定有针对性和实用性的护理计划,采取相应护理措施,如:定时翻身、采用减压装置、保持局部干燥清洁、免除摩擦力和剪切力等。结果试验组的158例被动体位骨折长期卧床患者经过压疮预防的循证护理,压疮的发生率,发生程度及Ⅰ期压疮的痊愈时间都明显低于常规护理。说明临床实践证明,对于骨折长期卧床患者只要应用循证护理找出预防压疮的有效方法,制定周密的护理计划,严格执行得当的治疗护理措施,就能有效预防压疮的发生。

Evidence-based care in the prevention of pressure sores in bedridden patients fracture efficacy,section 316 cases of fracture of eportiment of orthopoedics 451 military hospital were randomly divided into control and experimental groups,according to the possible pressure sores specific circumstances,on health care issues,collect relevant research evidence,will be the summary,careful analysis of factors related to cause pressure sores,development of targeted and practical care plans,and take the appropriate care measures:turning the body over,using decompressor,remaining dry and clearing partly,exempting friction andshearing force.It is resulted that experimental group of 158 cases of fracture of the passive position bedridden patients after long-term evidence-based care and prevention of pressure ulcers,the incidence of pressure ulcers,the occurrence of pressure ulcers in stage Ⅰ and recovery time were significantly lower than conventional care.It is conclused that clinical practice has proved that for as long as the application of fracture bedridden patients to identify evidence-based care effective way to prevent pressure sores to develop well-care plan,strict implementation of proper treatment and care measures can effectively prevent the occurrence of bedsores.
