基于社会效应角度的元素流动态管理研究

摘    要:随着工业园区的不断发展,园区内元素流的管理不仅可以对园区规划和建设提供指导建议,同时可以为园区的综合评价提供依据。在动态管理模型的基础上,从社会效应角度引入反馈机制对动态管理模型加以修正,使得分析结果更具客观性。同时,以氯碱化工生态工业园区的CL元素流管理为例,验证了修正的动态管理模型及其反馈机制的有效性。最后,应用Matlab对CL元素流进行SIMULINK动态仿真,并对园区未来CL元素流的实际输出量与社会需求量之间的差异进行分析。

Abstract:As the development of e-park, substance flow management (SFM) can not only provide guidance for the planning and construction of e-park, but also serve for its synthetical evaluation. Based on Dynamic Management Model (DMM), feedback mechanism from the view of social effect of substance flow was introduced to modify DMM, so that its results can be much more objective. Then, a case study of chorine in Chlor-Alkali e-park was made to prove the effectiveness of M-DMM and its feedback mechanism. In the end, SIMULINK dynamic emulation of CL-flow was made by MATLAB to control the output of CL-flow in the future.
