苏丹3/7 区高凝油流变特性研究

摘    要:高凝油油藏开发最大的问题在于充分认识高凝油的流变特性。通过室内实验,研究了苏丹3/7区高凝油黏温曲线、流变曲线和触变曲线等流变性质。研究发现当油样温度高于反常点温度时,原油仍为连续相,可以近似认为是牛顿流体。在不同温度区间内,油样的牛顿流体特性表现出不同的本构关系。近凝固点温度时,油样具有触变性,这时需要较高的剪切速率,才能达到剪切稀释的目的。

Abstract:The fully understanding the rheology of high pour point oil is one of key factors in high pour point oil reservoir development.The viscosity-temperature curve,rheological curve and thixotropic curve of high pour point oil in block 3/7 of Sudan were experimental studied.The experimental results show that the oil was still a continuous phase and regarded as newtonian fluid as temperature is above the anomalistic point.In the different temperature ranges,the newtonian fluid characteristic of oil sample exhibit the different constitutive relationship.The oil exhibit obvious thixotropy property near critical point,it needs a higher shear rate in order to achieve the purpose of shear thinning.
