| 摘 要： | 分析当前电子政务的现状和瓶颈,建立了电子政务业务专网的总体框架.提出基于Web服务的电子政务业务系统柔性集成的方法.以Web服务应用集成和工作流管理为核心建立政府服务网站和业务专网集成的电子政务业务平台体系结构并开发原型系统,给出以企业网上联合年检为对象的电子政务应用案例.

| Abstract: | The current situation and bottleneck of E-government development are analyzed. The general infrastructure of business application networks of E-government is given. In addition, the method of flexible application integration based on web service in government business is discussed. The architecture of E-government application platform was built based on workflow management and Web service technology, and the prototype system was developed, which can integrates the web site of government service with the business application network seamlessly. At last, as the case of application, a scenario of united annual check-up system on internet is given. |
