中国国有企业职工民主评议制度的博弈分析

摘    要:职工民主评议制度是中国国有企业推行职工民主管理、加强监督约束、健全企业经营者决策监督机制的一种有效手段.笔者采用博弈论的方法重点分析职工民主评议制度对进一步推行职工民主管理的作用.笔者的研究表明:职工民主评议制度有利于克服职工民主管理中经营者的形式主义倾向,有利于完善对企业经营者的考评机制,是国有企业职工民主管理改革的一种新思路.

Abstract:Comment on manager by employee is the new means to carry out democratic management, reinforce supervision mechanism of state-owned enterprise, consequently constitute and perfect effective decision-making, execution and supervising system. This paper analyzes how the comment on manager by employee affects the democratic management, points out that it is in favor of strengthening democratic management, overcoming formalist of democratic management, evaluates the system more perfectly, it is a new way to deepen reform of state-owned enterprise.
