| 摘 要： | 以杜衡叶柄为外植体，通过两次灭菌后进行组织培养，结果表明：外植体在ＭＳ＋ＢＡ３ｍｇ／Ｌ的培养基上产生大量愈伤组织，并且生长速度快，将其称到ＭＳ＋ＢＡ２ｍｇ／Ｌ＋ＮＡＡ０．５ｍｇ／Ｌ的培养基上获得了大量不定芽或丛生芽。芽长大后，在ＭＳ＋ＮＡＡ０．２ｍｇ／Ｌ培养基上生根并形成完整植株。

| Abstract: | Leaf stalks of Asarum forbesii,after sterilized twice, we re used as tissue culture explants.Cultured on MS medium supplemented with BA 3 mg/L,the explants produced a lot of fast-growing calli.Many clustered buds and a dventitious buds were formed from calli,which had been transferred to MS medium supplemented with BA 2 mg/L and NAA 0.5 mg/L.When buds grew big enough,they root ed and formed plantlets on MS supplemented with NAA 0.2 mg/L. |
