| 摘 要： | 近年来，根据临床的需要和肌瓣、肌皮瓣移植手术的开展，有关肌肉血管应用解剖学的研究逐渐引起人们的重视．在用到临床之前必须有充足的动物实验作依据，但实验动物肌肉内的血管构筑情况目前仍是个空白．本文就是针对这一实际，对三十例经铅丹油造影剂灌注的家兔，进行大体解剖，并进行软Ｘ线造影，观察动脉血管在背阔肌、后斜方肌、股薄肌和小腿三头肌的分支类型，分布范围，同时测量动脉主干直径，从而确定家兔八块表层肌肉内动脉血管（营养血管）构筑的特征

| Abstract: | In recent years according to clinical need and the development of muscular flap,musculocutaneous flap transplant operation,research on muscle blood vessel applied anatomy gradually gets people's attention.Clinical application must be based on sufficient animal experiments;however,blood vessel construction in experimental animal muscles is still a gap to be filled.This article is about the experimental on 30 rabbits perfused with red lead oil contrast medium.After morphological anatomization and soft X ray visualization,branching type and distribution range of arterial vessels in latissimus dorsi,trapezius,gracilis,and musculus triceps surae were observed;meanwhile,arterial stem diameter was measured.And thus,character of construction of arterial vessels (nutrient vessels) in 8 superficial muscles was determined. |
