| 摘 要： | 阐述了职业教育要培育能适应社会需求的技能型人才,职业教育必须与时俱进,秉承现代大学思想;指出了职业教育要固守人文思想教育之精髓,要抵制功利主义教育;论证了职业教育要以服务市场需求为导向,及时革新传统的职业教育教学教法,要以实践训练为教学模式,实现教法与学法的良性融合互动,并提出了职业教育要培育具有创新思维能力和自主学习能力的高技能人才。

| Abstract: | To cultivate skilled talents, who can meet the demand of social development, vocational education must keep pace with the times and adhere to the modern university ideas. It is pointed out that the essence of the humanist education should be insisted by vocational education and utilitarianism education be resisted. It demonstrates that the vocational education should take market demand as the guide, innovate the traditional vocational education teaching methods in time, practice training teaching mode, teaching and research method of benign interaction. The vocational education should cultivate creative thinking ability and autonomous learning ability of high - skilled talents. |
