甜高梁叶片抗逆性与主要农艺性状相关分析

摘    要:研究甜高粱叶片的抗逆性关系及各成分含量、发生时期、分布部位和品种表现。用不同的方法测定了甜高粱叶片抗逆性成分SOD、黄酮和Vc及各品种的主要农艺性状。证明叶片中抗逆性成分与主要农艺性状相荧性存在.而且正相关紧密,相关系数较大。Vc与产量性状达显著水平,SOD和黄酮与产量性状及品质性状均达正相关值较高。证实了SOD多分布于叶脉中.黄酮多分布于叶肉中,Vc在叶片的各部位均较多。各品种叶片中抗逆性成分表现为生育的中后期含量较高,其中抽穗期和灌浆盛期表现明显。品种以吉甜杂1号表现较优。

Abstract:The relationship between content, resistance of sweet sorghum leaves and each component of the occurrence time, location and distribution of varieties was studies. The main agronomic characters of leaf resistance components SOD, flavonoids and Vc and varieties were determined by different methods. The existence of correlation between stress components in leaves and main agronomic traits was proved, of which the relationship was close as well. Vc and yield reached significant level, SOD and flavonoids, yield traits and quality traits were positively related to higher values. It was confirmed that SOD mainly distributed in vein, flavonoids was found in the mesophyll, Vc was found in all parts of the leaves. The resistance component of all varieties showed higher content in later growth, especially at heading stage and filling stage performance. Varieties Jitianza No. 1 has better performance.
