| Abstract: | Based on working process oriented curriculum system construction and implementation process＇ in this paper, author makes an analysis of Zhaoqing administered by the Department of Career Technical College teachers situation, and in order to adapt to and competence on teaching team construction based on working process oriented, this paper puts forward the corresponding proposal. |
