摘    要:目前,大多数研究者和管理者对教师的专业思想、专业知识、专业能力、专业品质等方面给予了重点关注,对教师心理成长则关注不多。其实作为教师专业化发展的基础和前提,教师心理成长才是最为关键。没有健康的心理,教师其他专业发展都只能是空中楼阁。只有心理健康的教师才最有可能获得学生信任和专业可持续发展。

Abstract:At present, most reseachers and administrator focus on the professional ideology, knowledge, ability and character of middle school teachers, while they ignore the teacher's psychological development. As the foundation of teacher's development, psychological development of the teachers is very crucial. Without healthy psychology, it's impossible for teachers to develop other abilities. Only can teachers with healthy psychology obtain student's trust and sustainable development.
