| 摘 要： | 安源工运时期,曾创办了我党领导下的第一个工人消费合作社,它的举办经历了筹划组建、营业扩张和整顿发展三个阶段。在整个经营过程中,该合作社始终坚持了"可买便宜货"的经营宗旨维护和满足工人利益需求,不断按照合作办社、民主管理的合作社原理,改进和完善经营管理,取得了良好的经营效益。

| Abstract: | During Anyuan worker movement period, the first worker consumption union was created at that time. It went through three stages of planning, expansion and development. During the union running process, this union regards maintaining and meeting worker＇s benefits as its target. Union improved and perfected the management based on the principles of cooperation and democratic management, which obtained favorable profits. |
