摘    要:机械制造自动化的持续发展使得各类先进的设备得到了广泛的运用,数控机械的运用使得机械加工的自动化、智能化、一体化成为了现实,使工业企业的生产产量、质量等得到很大的提升。在自动化机械设备中,液压传动系统是极为重要的控制系统结构,利用液压传动可完成数据系统程序下达的信号指令,保证了数控设备按照原先设计好的指令完成加工处理。对液压传动系统故障科学诊断可维持设备正常的运行,鉴于此,本文主要分析了液压传动系统的原理构成及故障诊断方法。

Abstract:Continous development of automatic machinery manufaeturing makes advanced facilities fully used. Numerical control machinery realizes the automation, intelligent and system of machinery refine, which prompts the total production and quality of industrial enterprises. Hydraulic power transmission is a very important control system in automatic machinery. Using hydraulic transmission can accomplish the signal mission sent by data system, which guarantees the numerical equipments finish the refining process according to the previous designed order. Scientific diagnosis of hydraulic transmission system can maintain the normal operation of equipments. Regarding this point, the paper mainly analyses the structure and diagnostic method of hydraulic power transmission.
