我国中部地区城市职能结构和类型的变动研究

借助于比较分析、多变量聚类与Nelson统计分析等方法,动态研究中部地区城市整体职能结构与类型变动特征,得到如下结论:(1)第二产业内部制造业与建筑业职能下降、能源生产与采掘业职能地位上升,第三产业内部服务管理职能地位迅速上升而流通职能下降,职能层次趋于提高.(2)不同规模组城市职能结构变动程度不同,小城市变动最强,特大城市次之,大中城市最弱;无论是各规模组还是各省域均体现出金融房地产业,科教文卫与行政部门和能源生产与采掘业上升而商业、社会服务业、制造业、交通业下降的态势,仅建筑业在不同组别之间存在差异.(3)城市整体职能类型变动程度较大,小城市跨大类变动的比例最高,特大城市次之,大中城市较少.城市整体和各省域城市类型分布趋向多样化发展.

AN ALTERATION STUDY ON THE STRUCTURE AND TYPES OF URBAN FUNCTIONS FOR SIX PROVINCES IN THE MIDDLE CHINA

Using the following methods: the comparison analysis,multivariate clustering and Nelson statistical analysis,a dynamic research is done for the alteration characteristics of functional structure and types of the cities in the middle China.The following conclusions are summarized.(1)To the secondary industry,the status of manufacturing and construction drop but the status of mining rise.To the third industry,the status of service and governence function rise but the status of transportation drop.(2)Differert scale-group cities have different changing degrees.Small cities have the largest changing-degree,metropolitan cities take the second place,and the middle-scale group cites have the lowest changing-degree.By the comparison of functional alteration characteristics anlong all scale groups on all provinees cities,a common characteristics is achieved that the status of real-estate science,education,culture and sanitation industry,administration and mining rise but the status of commerce,social service industry,construction,manufacturing drop.(3)The type alteration of the cities is very large.The alteration percentage of the small cities is the highest,the metropolitan cities takes the second place,and the between-large-and-middle-scale cites is the lowest.The cluster distribution of all the cities for every province incline to diversification.
