一类城市火灾风险的模糊综合评价法

减少和控制火灾的基本手段之一是火灾风险的评价和预警。目前,就单栋或局部区域高层建筑而言,对火灾风险的评价方法已有不少研究,但是鲜有针对城市或大范围内火灾风险评估方法的研究。本文综合考虑引发城市火灾的一些不确定影响因素,借鉴相应的城市火灾风险评价指标体系,应用模糊综合评价理论和方法,对城市火灾风险进行评价,为城市火灾风险提供一类有效的评价方法。最后给出的算例,表明本文提出的方法可行,具有较好的实际应用价值。

Comprehensive Fuzzy Evaluation for a class of Urban Fire Risk Evaluation

Evaluation and early warning of urban fire risk are one way for reducing and controlling fire .Up to now, there are several evaluation methods for local areas of high-rise building or single building but few for urban fire risk or large range of district. As the incertitude of factors influencing the evaluation, this paper uses the index of urban fire risk evaluation for reference and put forward comprehensive fuzzy evaluation which is applied to urban fire risk, the aim is to provide a new way for urban fire risk evaluation. In the end, we give an application for the urban fire risk evaluation, the study show that comprehensive fuzzy evaluation is feasible and has good practical application value for urban fire risk.
