| Abstract: | Choosing correct methods of reconstruction is basic element of assuring success of reconstruction of assets.The methods of reconstruction which is used by listing corporations are mainly mergence,transference of equity,replacement of assets and issue of stock with assets.The conditions of applience,advantages and disadvantages of these methods are evaluated and analysed in this paper. |
