| 摘 要： | 哈代在《远离尘嚣》中塑造的芭斯谢芭和奥克都具有雌雄同体的特征。本文通过分析这两人的性格雌雄特质的此消彼长,借以说明《远离尘嚣》是一部妇女和社会的悲剧,同时也揭示出哈代在《远离尘嚣》创作中的思想局限性。

| Abstract: | With a detailed analysis of the androgyny phenomena between Oak and Bathsheba of Far From the Madding Crowd(1874) by Thomas Hardy,this paper is trying to conclude that Bathsheba s tragedy,to a great extend reflecting the tragedy of society,is the result of the descending "andro" and the ascending "gyn",which also reveals the limit of the writer s idea. |
