| 摘 要： | 在全球气候变化和全球低碳经济的背景下,研究区域低碳创新系统模型及支撑机制具有重要的理论与现实意义。首先界定了低碳经济下区域低碳创新系统的内涵;进而设计了由外部环境、区域低碳创新主体以及区域低碳创新客体构成的区域低碳创新系统模型,探讨了各构成要素在系统中的角色与作用;最后构建了由投融资机制以及宏观政策构成的区域低碳创新系统的支撑机制。研究结论对促进低碳经济的发展有一定的参考价值。

| Abstract: | On the background of global climate change and global low-carbon economy,it is significance to study the regional low-carbon innovation system and its supporting system.Firstly,this paper defines the meaning of regional low-carbon innovation system.Then,the paper designs the regional low-carbon innovation system model which is consist of external environment,systematic elements and network framework.Finally,the supporting system of regional low-carbon innovation system including financing mechanism,learning and service mechanism and macro policy is constructed. |
