深井穿层巷道支护数值模拟分析

摘    要:采用ANSYS和FLAC3D2种模拟技术相结合的数值模拟方法,模拟了阳城煤矿-920m下车场深井穿层巷道支护状态下的围岩位移情况。根据模拟结果推测不同岩层组合对围岩变形的影响,同时找出原支护方案存在的不足,并提出了加强巷道支护的新方案。通过分析比较为现场应用提出了一套既可以减小巷道变形,又能节省支护费用的支护方案。

Abstract:The surrounding rocks' shifting situation on condition of the support for the roadway in the depth of -920 m is simulated by adopting the numerical simulation method of combining techniques of ANSYS and FLAC3D. According to the simulated results, the influence of different layers group over the distortion of surrounding rocks is inferred. At the same time, the shortage of supporting scheme is examined, and the new schemes of intensive roadway' s supports are put forward. By means of analysis and comparison, the scheme, which not only decrease the deformation of roadways but also save the expenses for the roadway support, is selected.
