基于直接功率控制的钻机井场电网谐波抑制的研究

摘    要:针对钻机自备电网的非线性负载产生的谐波,提出了基于直接功率控制的有源电力滤波方案.介绍了直接功率控制系统的控制方法、原理以及该系统的空间矢量调制控制策略,并进行了仿真实验.结果表明:基于直接功率控制的有源电力滤波器对井场电网有较好的谐波抑制和无功补偿的效果,可有效提高井场电网功率因数,减少谐波电流,改善输出电流波形.控制系统结构简单,易于实现工程化.

Abstract:The active power filtering scheme of the harmonic wave produced by the non-linear loads of well-site power network based on the direct power control was proposed.The control method,control principle and control strategy of the scheme are presented,and the simulation experiment of the control scheme was finished.The result shows that the active power filter based on direct power control has good harmonic suppression and reactive power compensation effects on the well-site power network,which can decrease the current harmonic of the power network and increase its power factor.The structure of the active power filtering scheme is very simple,which is of importance to engineering.
