| 摘 要： | 针对兰州市2009年各方面对于资源和能源的消费情况,以及兰州市的发展状况,应用生态足迹法并结合人类发展指数(HDI)法定量测度兰州市可持续发展。结果显示兰州市目前处于发展的中下等水平,且生态足迹需求总量大于生态足迹供给,2009年生态赤字为3.291 1 hm2,表明在现有发展和消费水平下区域发展超过了生态系统的承载力。兰州市的发展模式是不可持续的。提出了兰州市实现可持续发展的建议,以期为兰州市的区域发展规划提供依据。 |

| Abstract: | Aming at the whole consumption of resources and energy sources in Lanzhou City in 2009,as well as the development situation of the City,this paper uses the method of ecological footprint and human development index to measure the sustaintable development degree of Lanzhou City.The results showed that Lanzhou is in a lower development level,and the ecological demand is greater than the ecological supply.With the current level of the development and consumption,the development of the city has exceeded the carrying capacity of ecological system.For this problem,some suggestions were put forward to achieve the sustainable development of Lanzhou City. |
