西安市近郊菜园蔬菜重金属现状调查及评价

对西安市4个近郊菜园土壤及其对应生长的蔬菜中3种有毒重金属进行检测。结果表明东郊菜园符合无公害食品生产的土壤环境要求,而其它3个郊区菜园土壤Cd污染严重,其次是Pd和Cr污染,其上检测的18个蔬菜样中27%为中污染,33%为重污染。西安市郊菜园土壤和蔬菜的污染主要是历史上利用污水灌溉,致使土壤及蔬菜中重金属遭受污染。

Analysis of heavy-metal contamination of vegetables in vegetable plot of Xi'an suburb

Three kinds of toxic heavy metals content in the soil from four different vegetable plots in Xi＇ an suburb and their corresponding vegetables are tested. The results show that： firstly, the east suburb soil reaches the soil environment requirements for pollution-free food, and in the soil from others, the Cd soil pollution is serious and the Pd, Cr soil pollution is terrible; secondly,in the 18 vegetable samples, 27% reach moderate pollution,and 33% in heavy pollution ,lastly, sewage irrigation is the main reason for the heavy metal pollution in the soil and their vegetables of Xi＇ an suburb.
