摘    要:目的:探讨短波紫外线(UV-C)照射对小鼠免疫功能的影响.方法:采用UV-C照射小鼠1次/d,14d后检测对小鼠免疫器官的影响、巨噬细胞吞噬功能、T淋巴细胞增殖情况,初步判定UV-C照射对小鼠免疫功能的影响.结果:对照组与UV-C 5min组胸腺指数有统计学差异,其他各组指标均无统计学差异.结论:适度的UV-C照射对小鼠免疫器官的发育会产生影响.

Abstract:Objective:To observe the influence of ultraviolet C(UV-C) on the immune system of normal mice. Methods:UV-C was used to irradiate mice once a day; after irradiating 14d consecutively,thymus index,spleen index,the function of mononuclear macrophage,T lymphocyte were tested. Results:There is significant correlation to thymus index between UV -C5min group and control group (P=0.011) and no correlation to other index among other groups.
