| 摘 要： | 中共中央、国务院《关于进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的意见》对高校育人工作有重要指导作用。在国际国内形势发生深刻变化的背景下，针对高校育人工作的实际，就如何培养人这一课题所涉及的高校育人理念、育人模式等问题进行讨论，很有必要。
