| 摘 要： | 善意取得是各国物权法中的一项重要的法律制度。针对目前较为流行的不动产善意取得理论之否定说进行了针锋相对的回应；并分别从市场化角度、发展角度和立法选择角度提出了一些新的观点，以期对目前不动产善意取得理论加以补充和完善。

| Abstract: | The system of acquisition in good faith is a very important legal system of the law of real right in the world. This paper makes a tit-for-tat struggle against the theory of deny on acquisition in good faith of real properties at present, and expounds some new concepts form marketing angle, developing angle and legislation selecting angle in order to supplementary or perfect the theories of acquisition of real properties in good faith. |
