粘土耐火度公式的理论根源探究

摘    要:对粘土耐火度公式的理论根源和存在的问题进行了探讨,认为K2O-Al2O3-SiO2三元相是推导此粘土耐火度公式的理论依据。虽然用它来计算粘土耐火度既简单又方便,但是由于粘土中各种氧化物杂质对其耐火度影响程度的不同,导致其计算结果与真实值之间存在一定的误差,往往呈偏高趋势。

Abstract:In this paper, the theoretical source and the problems of clay fire resistance equation are discussed. It is resulted that K 2O Al 2O 3 SiO 2 ternary system phase diagram is the theoretical basis of this equation. Though to use the equation to calculate clay fire resistant temperature is simple and cenvenient, an error exists between the calculated data and its true fire resistant temperature because the fire resistant tempeature is effected differently by the various oxide in the clay. In most instances, the former is bigger than the latter.
