| 摘 要： | 典婚,作为我国婚姻史上最野蛮丑恶的婚俗之一,曾广布于全国多个地区,而以浙江省为最。尽管新中国成立后这种恶俗一度灭绝,但随着社会形势变化,近年来它又以多种形式出现,对当今社会、婚姻和家庭的和谐构成威胁。文章重点考察典婚习俗的起源与发展过程、典婚形式、性质特点等。

| Abstract: | Pawned mariage,also known as pawned wife,once existed almost everywhere in China,especially in Zhejing Province.Being a kind barbarous and repulsive way of folk marriage custom,this phenomenon started to relive in various ways and began to threaten the happy and healthy marriage.The article made an analysis historically on the origin,development,and its characteristics of pawned marriage in China. |
